Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Epicure Trips through epicuretrips.com, by phone, email or WhatsApp. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and to any package-specific terms shared with you at the time of booking.

Itineraries and prices

  • Package prices are shown per person and are indicative. The final price depends on travel dates, hotel availability, room type and group size, and is confirmed in your written quote.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, or peak-season and holiday surcharges. Each package lists its inclusions and exclusions.
  • Itineraries may change because of weather, road or ferry conditions, local regulations or supplier availability. We will offer the closest suitable alternative.

Booking and payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation.
  • The balance must be paid by the date stated in your confirmation. Payment schedules can differ by destination and supplier.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, we do not add extra charges for the services listed in your confirmation, except for changes you request or government-imposed taxes and fees.

Cancellations and changes

  • Cancellation and change charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the policies of hotels, airlines and other suppliers. The applicable terms are shared with your quote and confirmation.
  • Non-refundable components (such as some flights, cruise tickets, visa fees and peak-season hotel bookings) are marked as such.
  • Requests to cancel or change must be made in writing to team@bhramanam.com.

Travel documents and visas

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, ID and any health documents needed for their trip. We assist with visa paperwork where offered, but approval rests with the relevant authorities.

Our responsibility

We act as an agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines and other suppliers, and are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations, or for events beyond our control such as natural events, strikes or government action. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
