Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1Board the overnight Volvo from Delhi

Meet at the Delhi pick-up point in the evening and settle into an AC Volvo for the overnight drive north into the Himalaya.

Day 2Arrive in Manali and explore the town

Check in and rest, then spend the afternoon at the cedar-shaded Hidimba Devi Temple, the Vashisht springs, Van Vihar and the Tibetan monastery before a walk along Mall Road.

Day 3Day at Solang Valley

Head up to Solang for wide valley views and snow for most of the year. Paragliding, ATV and zorbing are available on the spot at your own cost. Evening free in Old Manali.

Day 4Kullu, Manikaran and Kasol, then the bus home

Check out and drive down the Beas to Kullu, then into the Parvati Valley for Manikaran Sahib and its hot springs. Spend the afternoon in Kasol before boarding the overnight Volvo to Delhi.

Day 5Arrive in Delhi

Reach Delhi in the morning with plenty of the weekend left to recover.
